Cereal Treat Mini Ice Cream Cones

NOOOO! Summer cannot be almost over.  I'm not letting it happen yet - and marketers - can we stop with all the pumpkin spiced things?  I actually love pumpkin flavored stuff - BUT NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE PUMPKIN SPICE'D UP!

Sorry for yelling so let's make these little ice cream cones instead!

And bonus they don't melt in the hot August heat! Which means no drippy sticky kid hands.  I did them in neapolitan flavors but you can make them in any of your fav ice cream flavors.

And you can even stack them with a little melted chocolate.  Much easier than regular ice cream cones right? Or better yet have both!  See them here at she knows.

If you like these "fauxscream" cones you may also like these others I've made over the years:

Mini Cones with Marshmallows (store bought marshmallows so it's really simple)

Mini Cones with Homemade Marshmallow (homemade takes a little longer but so worth it!)

And my most shared post to date!

Happy last day of August! Thanks for stopping by!

Mini birdhouse treats with jelly bean birds

I almost can't stand how cute these little sugar wafer bird houses came out! I love those sugar wafers that you can find in almost any convenience store these days.  Strawberry is my fav but they even come in some other fun flavors too like lemon and cookies and cream!

Who knew they would make such a neat building material - and all edible.

And the jelly bean birdies really do tie the room together ;)

Rainbow swirled bundt cake - with no dyes

Who loves bundt cakes? ME ME ME! Maybe I'm just getting older but I love them.  So tasty and also portable to bring to a party.

And this one's not a plain old boring bundt cake - there are rainbow swirls inside! You guys know how I love rainbows right? I try to put them in everything.

And guess what? This rainbow is all natural with no artificial dyes.

See all the details on how to make it here at sheknows!
